Brad made the most of his time in the pandemic and got certified as a New York City public school drama teacher. He is currently teaching elementary schools bringing Arts education to districts where the arts have been cut. He continues to teach dance and movement at AHRC: an organization supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to build full lives. He also honed his camera technique, appeared on TV Lands “Younger” and has a starring role in a soon to be released independent movie musical.
In the year leading up to the pandemic, Brad appeared as: half of the gangster brothers in Sacramento Music Theatre’s “The Drowsy Chaperon” and in the world premiere of “A Sign of the Times” at the Delaware Theatre Company. At Tuachan Amphitheater he starred as Mr. Wormwood in the regional premiere of “Matilda” and co-starred as Moses’ Hebrew Brother Aaron in the Stephen Schwartz supervised production of “Prince of Egypt.”
Brad Bradley was born and raised in San Diego, California and is the 2nd child of 5 in a proud Irish-American Family. From an early age he had the showbiz bug and started with Irish step dance lessons in the back of his church. It was seeing the 1st National tour of Bob Fosse’s “Dancin” at age 9 that his dream was planted. At 12 years old he was a back-up dancer for Michael Jackson in a Pepsi Commercial and there was no looking back. He began intense training at The San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts during the school year.( Class of 1990) He spent his summers from the age of 14 through Graduating college performing professionally at Balboa Parks Starlight Bowl. During this time, he began commuting to Los Angeles where he worked with great directors like James Burrows on numerous TV shows. Having dance training and musical theatre as his focus during his youth, he decided to center his attention on acting for college. He graduated with a BFA in acting from the University of Southern California and then packed his bag and headed in NYC. Within his first month in NYC, he went to an open call; met Susan Stroman and his career took off.
Broadway credits include Billy Elliot (Dir. Stephen Daldry) and the original casts of Spamalot (Dir. Mike Nichols) Annie Get Your Gun (w/ Bernadette Peters & Reba McEntire) Thou Shalt Not (Dir. Susan Stroman) People in the Picture (Andy Blankenbehler), Steel Pier (Scott Ellis and Susan Stroman) and A Christmas Carol (Mike Ockrent dir) Brad starred as Patsy opposite Gary Beach’s & Richard Chamberlain’s King Arthur on the 1st National Tour of Spamalot. NYC and Off- Broadway-I am Harvey Milk (Lincoln Center) Chita: A Legendary Celebration (Broadway Special Event) Ernest in Love (Irish Rep), The Cocoanuts (American Jewish Theatre) and two City Center Encores. Recent regional favorites: Igor in Young Frankenstein (Northshore Music Theatre), Benny Southstreet in Guys and Dolls (Maine State Music Theatre) and Bert in Mary Poppins (Northshore Music Theatre).

It celebrates Broadways ensemble members. Even guests like Chita Rivera, Tara Rubin, Susan Stroman and Andy Blankenbueler put their emphasis on the supporting players.
He directed and choreographed a number for the 2017 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. He wrote a play entitled “Irish Triplets” and his cabaret show “B Squared” toured venues from Maine to Florida, LA to LES. Embracing that he must wear many hats to thrive in show business, Brad continues to create with passion and is II’proud to have earned his smile lines. His motto in life is that when you take a step back after you’ve stepped forward, it’s not a misstep; it’s a cha cha. He believes one person can make a difference and he strives to be that person regardless of the hat he’s wearing.
